Testimonials
Adam Law
Trueline Ancestry provided an exceptional service, and Craig went above and beyond in researching my great-uncle, Robert Law. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine passion for family history were evident in every part of the process. The information he uncovered was thorough, accurate, and presented in a way that truly brought my family's story to life. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Trueline Ancestry to anyone seeking high-quality genealogical research. Job well done Craig!
How will you research?
We will use on-line databases to bring your past to life. We will also visit archives in Western Australia where necessary.
That will depend upon current workload and which package you choose. This will be discussed at the initial consultation.
This is very much dependent upon your particular circumstances, and how much research is required. Please see 'Our Services' for a guideline price. UK based customers should use the current exchange rate on quoted prices (currently AU$2 to 1GBP approx).
We will email a file to you, known as a GEDCOM. To open this, you will need Geneaology software, such as an account on Ancestry.com (no subscription required) or Family Tree Maker for example. This will be discussed futher at the initial consultation.
No. You can make it totally private, open to invited guests (family etc.), or open to anyone for research purposes. It's up to you.
No. Once the GEDCOM has been transferred to you, no other copy will be kept. Handle it carefully!
We do not offer DNA analysis at present. However, we can give general advice on whether DNA results would assist your research.
